Did you know that January is National Soup Month? Well… it is; and if you have any doubt, the USDA even has a blog about it.
It makes perfect sense as January is typically the coldest month of the year in America. So what’s better to enjoy on one of those cold snowy days than a bowl of hot soup; but what if that soup is a hot and savory bowl of pho; and what if that pho is from Anise, Modern Vietnamese Eatery? Yum!
