Summer Hours
Last year at this time, the world was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Various shutdowns and curfews were imposed by the City of Denver and the State of Colorado. Social Distancing was the norm. Much was unknown about the novel coronavirus, and the world’s health future was bleak.
This summer is very different. In America, speedy developments and adoptions of various vaccines have proven to be a positive deterrent for the coronavirus. Denver restaurants are now fully opened with more relaxed mask requirements. Cooped up for over a year, most everyone is enjoying their new found freedom. Anise® welcomes the eventual demise of the pandemic and the arrival of summer with our new Summer Hours:
Monday – Friday
– 11:30AM – 2:30PM
– 4:30PM – 10:00PM (Happy Hours: 4:30PM-6PM)
Saturday and Sunday
– 11:30AM – 10:00PM
Limited Restrictions
As of May 31, 2021, Governor Polis announced the Third Amended Public Health Order – Limited COVID-19 Restrictions.
Even with limited restrictions, Anise® understands that the pandemic is not over. We are going to remain vigilant to help keep COVID-19 cases down with the following measures:
Our facility: Even though legally allowed, Anise® is not going to add more tables just yet. In fact, most of our tables will remain 6′ apart
Our customers: For those who are fully vaccinated, please feel free to enter Anise® unmasked (honor system). For those not fully vaccinated or those who want to be extra careful with COVID, we recommend keeping your masks on while at Anise® when you are not sitting at your table
Our staff: Though everyone who works at Anise® is fully vaccinated, we will continue to wear masks especially when servicing our customers
Tiger Bombs
Anise® is currently the #1 destination for Tiger lagers in Denver. That’s right! We sell more Tigers than any other restaurants in Denver. We think Tigers are the Bombs; so much so that we are going to feature $9 Tiger Bombs (a bottle of Tiger and one 5oz hot sake)
