As is with most delicious Vietnamese food, Bột Chiên (fried rice flour) is a quintessential Street Food that can still can be found all over the streets of Vietnam. There are, of course, many variations of Bột Chiên, but they are all scrumptious. Here at Anise, we blend taro roots with batter of rice and tapioca flour, topped with an egg, then pan fried. The final product is served with a side of peanuts and Anise’s pickled daikon and carrots. Yummy!
